Many people have asked what ISC does to improve software quality. This presentation was given at one of the BIND 10 meetings.  "Agile Software Development is a group of software development methodologies based on iterative and incremental development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams." (see the Wikipedia article for the rest).

ISC's engineering team migrated to Agile to change open source quality expectations.
