Other improvements have been made to ISC's DNSSEC implementation since these presentations were written, so although they cover the basic principles of DNSSEC very well, there are newer and better management tools available.  See:

    I still can't download either od the 2 pdfs.
    Unable to open the Internet site .The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found...

    I've re-tested and the downloads are working as expected. You will need to accept a pop-up window from the website. It may be that you have a firewall or other restriction that is preventing you from receiving the content or the pop-up.
